This modern apartment complex is right in the center of San Sebastian close to the supermarket, bus station, restaurants and shops.

Living/dining area

Entry into this apartment brings you into a small hallway off which is a dining table and seating for four. The very attractive “bookcase” feature separates the living room with a sofa bed, swivel rocking arm chair and stone table. A TV and DVD is provided (Spanish Channels).

Bedrooms and bathroom

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed with a dressing mirror and table. A patio door leads to a glazed balcony with table a chair for relaxing. The second bedroom has two single beds and a desk.

The fully tiled bathroom has a large shower, sink, extensive fitted shelving and cupboard space, mirror, bidet and toilet.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen has all the essential cooking facilities with a patio door to a second balcony with sink and washing machine. Access is possible to a sunroof where you also have cloth drying facilities
