The Pueblo don Thomas complex is an exclusive development of villas and apartments built to a high standard and situated 4km up from the beautiful fishing harbour of Playa Santiago to the south of the island.

The atmosphere of the harbour village is relaxed and charming. The village amenities include a bank, a post office, a bakery, a pharmacy, a medical centre, a flower shop and a tourist information centre The ‘Fred Olsen’ passenger ferry from Tenerife arrives on a daily basis three times a day via San Sabastian. Bars and restaurants are situated on the short harbour. There are two small beach bars on the sea front.

Guests are issued with an exclusive temporary membership card that gives them free access to the on site Pueblo don Thomas Country Club with its top class Gym and two heated pools. There is also free WiFi access within the vicinity of the Country Club House. The ‘Country Club membership card also permits guests access to facilities within the Hotel Jardin Tecina, for example, swimming pools, squash & tennis courts, table tennis, nightly live entertainment, a library and three excellent restaurants (with a 10% discount). Guests are also offered 20% discount on green fees with Tecina Golf.

Detailed description

The three double bed roomed 135.5 sq metre apartment is on the top floor of a 2 storey block A 26 sq metre balcony offers magnificent views overlooking the ‘Tecina’ 18 hole Golf Course, Mount Teidi and the Atlantic Ocean.

Living/Dining area

The spacious living/dining area offers seating for six with double sliding doors leading out onto a spacious balcony.

The sunny spacious balcony offers seating for 6 for ‘alfresco’ eating. There is a large sun umbrella and 2 sun loungers.

Bed and bathrooms

There are 3 double bedrooms. The Principle one leads on through a dressing room onto a well-appointed  ‘ensuite’ bathroom. The other two bedrooms  each with 2 single beds are fitted with generous integral wardrobes. A second bathroom is also well appointed and situated off the main hallway.

Kitchen

The fully fitted luxury ‘galley’ kitchen has everything you will need including a dishwasher.  Leading of the kitchen is a small utility balcony. There is a separate laundry room.

There is a dedicated secure underground parking.
