A gate separates the house from the adjoining farm with its sheep, goats, chickens, and friendly farm dogs.

Looking down on San Sebastian image gallery link The finca is located in the middle of a covered, working banana plantation giving it the feel of an oasis. The house has an expansive, roofed patio surrounded by lush flora, a large stone "parrilla", or outside oven and grill typical of the islands. Above is a small sun terrace which enjoys sun most of the day - an ideal place to relax.

The nearest supermarket is 1.5 km and the closest village with its local restaurant is only 1 km away with San Sebastian just around the corner.

Living area and kitchen:
The kitchen with its generous counter space looks out to the rear over a small reservoir where frogs can be heard croaking in the warm evenings. It is well-equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven and hob. Adjoining is a separate utility room for a washing machine.

Bed- and bathrooms:
The large master bedroom (1) leads off from the main living area. It offers ample space for traditional Canarian furnishings.

Bedroom 2 is also very spacious and leads off to the terrace in a separate part of the house. An ideal guest bedroom.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are smaller and situated in the vicinity of the main bedroom 1, offering space for a single bed in each. They both have built-in wardrobes.

The fully tiled bathroom, in the main part of the house off the hallway and has a small tub with shower, toilet and bidet.
